Job Description:

Primary Function: Provides clinical assessment and treatment planning to students, including individuals, couples, and group therapy; provides consultation to faculty and staff regarding student mental health and counseling needs; participates in training and professional development activities; provides crisis assessment and intervention services; and practices in accordance with appropriate legal and ethical practices and standards.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related field; current Iowa licensure as a mental health therapist or licensed independent social worker; and experience providing direct client therapy required. Student experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications: College counseling center experience preferred.

$30.00 to Commensurate
