Job Description:

Under general supervision and with high levels of attention to detail, performs general accounting duties, including daily posting of gift transactions, communication with donors and division team members on incoming gifts and gift intent, pledge reminders, and receipting of daily gifts; manages all donations and balance to our online giving platform; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Five years of clerical office experience, including three years of experience with bookkeeping procedures, or any combination of directly related post high school education in an accredited school and directly related clerical experience which totals five years. Previous Foundation and gift/data entry experience preferred.
