Administrative Specialist
About this role
- Serve as a key support partner to the commercial and sales teams.
- Coordinate customer requests and assist with inquiries throughout the sales process.
- Support quoting, contract administration, and CRM activities.
- Maintain accurate customer and project information within Salesforce or similar systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, agendas, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support various customer and business initiatives.
- Track multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Help identify process improvements that enhance the customer experience and team efficiency.
