About the Role:
UFC GYM Largo is looking for a passionate and driven Fitness Manager to lead our team and inspire members to reach their peak performance. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily fitness floor operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of personal trainers and fitness staff
- Drive personal training sales, revenue goals, and membership retention
- Develop and implement fitness programs aligned with UFC GYM standards
- Conduct fitness assessments, consultations, and goal-setting sessions with members
- Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations
- Ensure gym equipment is maintained, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in fitness management or a related leadership role
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Proven track record in personal training sales and revenue generation
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- CPR/AED certification required
- Passion for fitness, martial arts, and the UFC GYM brand
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
