Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Communication Specialist to help shape and amplify our studio's voice through engaging, high-quality content and meaningful communication initiatives.

As a strategic partner to assigned projects and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in bringing our communication strategy to life through compelling storytelling, impactful messaging, and strong stakeholder collaboration. You will create content for both internal and external audiences, provide communication and public relations support, and contribute to the development and promotion of the studio's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Working closely with the Communication Manager, you will help ensure that our communications reflect the studio's values, strengthen our reputation, and foster a strong sense of community and belonging.

What you'll do:

Content Creation & Development

  • Write, edit, and develop a wide range of communication materials, including internal announcements, presentations, newsletters, web content, social media posts, and external communications.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the studio's values, mission, and tone of voice, maintaining consistency across channels and platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams across the studio to identify content opportunities and support communication objectives through engaging storytelling.

Storytelling & Success Stories

  • Identify and gather success stories, key achievements, and initiatives that showcase the studio's people, culture, expertise, and values.
  • Partner with team leaders and employees to develop content highlighting accomplishments, innovation, and moments of pride.
  • Share stories with internal and external audiences to increase engagement and reinforce the studio's reputation.

Digital Content Management

  • Create, manage, and organize content across digital platforms, including intranet channels and social media.
  • Ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, leveraging insights to optimize communication effectiveness and audience reach.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of CSR and volunteering initiatives in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide communication support and guidance to teams involved in CSR activities and employee volunteering programs.
  • Assist in tracking the impact and outcomes of CSR initiatives and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience creating content across multiple communication channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for creating meaningful communications that connect people and support business objectives.
  • Proven experience in Communications, PR, CSR, Digital Communications, or Employee Engagement within relevant organizations.
  • Proven track record in content creation and communications, with strong writing skills and experience developing digital content across multiple channels.
