We are looking for a Solutions manager logística  to join an important Project located in Madrid in  Hybrid job modality. 

What are we looking for?

• An/a Solutions manager logística, with at least 2 years of experience.
• Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
• Work Model: Hybrid

Requirements:

• Experience in the deployment, commissioning, or support of technology solutions within logistics or industrial environments.
• English C1
• Ability to train end users and support change management initiatives.
• Strong coordination and communication skills in multicultural and international environments.
• Availability for national and international travel (50–70% of the time).
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Coordinate the installation, configuration, and deployment of automation solutions in logistics warehouses.
• Deliver user training and provide support during go-live and adoption of new functionalities.
• Act as the liaison between development teams and local operational teams.
• Create user documentation and best practice guides for system usage.
• Monitor implementation progress, report updates, and ensure integration with existing systems.
