About this role

The Dry Plant Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and supporting dry plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. This position works with equipment such as dryers, crushers, screens, conveyors, elevators, pumps, and baghouses while monitoring plant conditions and making operational adjustments as needed.

The Dry Plant Operator also assists with equipment inspections, basic troubleshooting and maintenance, housekeeping, and other activities necessary to meet production, safety, and quality goals. A good understanding of plant operations and a strong commitment to safe work practices are essential for success in this role.
