Position Overview:
The Coordinator will provide program, event, membership, and operations support for the Americas Department. This position reports to the senior vice president, Americas.
Responsibilities:
- Help plan and execute programs for the Americas Department.
- Coordinate the organization of events, including meetings, conferences and business delegations.
- Prepare written communications, including briefing memos, correspondence, press releases, blog posts, text for social media.
- Help draft, edit, format, and disseminate newsletters, event invitations, marketing materials, and program updates.
- Support and help track member company engagement and communications.
- Maintain and update mailing lists and management systems.
- Monitor and prepare country-specific intelligence updates on political and economic developments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ related work experience.
- Self-starter and able to meet time-sensitive deadlines, multitask, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Events logistics experience.
- Experience interacting with business executives and government officials.
- Proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
The salary range for this position is $51,846.00 to $59,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
