Skills: ERP Data Migration, D365 Finance, D365 DMF, ETL, Source-to-Target Mapping, Data Quality & Reconciliation, Prior ERP (D365, Netsuite, SAP) implementation experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead the end-to-end data migration strategy for ERP implementation, D365 Finance, migrating data from legacy Adept Application to D365

Assess Adept legacy data sources, migration scope, data volumes, dependencies, and archival requirements across finance domains

Own source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, and migration design for master data, balances, and open transactions

Drive data cleansing, data quality governance, validation rules, and reconciliation with business stakeholders

Coordinate ETL and D365 data migration activities including mock loads, trial migrations, and defect resolution

Work closely with business, functional, technical, and testing teams to ensure migration readiness across implementation phases

Manage migration cycle planning, reconciliation sign-off, cutover preparation, and go-live data readiness

Support post-go-live stabilization by resolving migration issues and ensuring data accuracy in the target ERP system
