Procurement Advisor

Are you organized, detail-oriented and love keeping things running smoothly? TVH is looking for a Procurement Advisor to join our dynamic team in Hermalle! This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring our warehouses are stocked, our customers are happy and our operations run like clockwork.

What you’ll do

• Take charge of ordering machine parts from suppliers and maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Track orders, anticipate stock needs, and coordinate with suppliers to keep everything running seamlessly.

• Collaborate with our purchasing and sales teams to solve challenges and keep customers informed about delivery times and prices.

• Use your analytical skills to make smart decisions and continuously improve our inventory processes.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset: you think things through before making decisions.

• Fluent in French and English, other languages are a plus.

• Highly organized, precise, and reliable.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and administrative systems.

• Excellent communicator, assertive when needed, and able to stay calm under pressure.
