We are seeking a skilled and dependable 10W Pump Truck Operator to join their crew and play a hands-on role in keeping operations moving across project sites.

Position Summary

The 10W Pump Truck Operator is responsible for safely operating a ten-wheel pump truck to transport and place sand, soil, and aggregate materials according to project specifications. This role combines safe driving, precise equipment operation, and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time. The position involves travel to job sites and extended periods on the road.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 10-wheel (10W) pump truck to deliver and place sand, soil, and aggregate materials.
  • Position and operate pump equipment to achieve precise material placement per project requirements.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; monitor vehicle and equipment condition and report maintenance needs.
  • Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and required documentation.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and crew members to ensure efficient, on-spec material placement.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic upkeep of the truck and pump system.
  • Travel to and remain on project sites for extended periods as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Demonstrated pump truck operating experience.
  • Strong work ethic and a reliable, self-motivated approach to the job.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods of time.
  • Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.
  • Commitment to safety and quality on every job.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional heavy equipment operating experience (a strong plus).
  • Experience in aggregate, construction, or material placement environments.
  • Familiarity with precision placement techniques and project-based work.
