About this role
Introduction
Pour notre division Production, nous recherchons un Opérateur polyvalent d’usinage (H/F) dont la mission principale sera la fabrication de certains composants horlogers d’habillement dans le domaine de l’usinage.
Responsabilités
- Assurer la fabrication et le suivi de production de différents composants horlogers sur des machines d’usinage
- Garantir le contrôle dimensionnel et esthétique des pièces produites
- Participer aux démarches d'amélioration continue
Profil
- Expérience professionnelle dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : tournage CNC bi-broches, fraisage, rectification 5 axes, décolletage mono et multibroches
- Module de base en horlogerie, AFP de Praticien en mécanique un atout
- Aptitudes à assurer des réglages et des changements d’outils
- Excellente acuité visuelle et rigueur
- A l’aise avec l’utilisation de logiciels de production
- Autonome, organisé et doté d'un bon esprit d'équipe
- Rigoureux et respectueux des procédures
- Disponibilité pour le travail en horaires en d'équipes (2x8)
