L'opérateur∙trice en horlogerie, option assemblage, assemble les différentes pièces qui composent le mouvement des montres mécaniques. Il/Elle effectue l'ensemble de ces opérations de manière autonome, en respectant les consignes de qualité et de productivité qui lui sont données.
