Academic requirements:
Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related career.
Qualifications & Knowledge:
- Previous experience as a process engineer.
- Statistical Control.
- Lean manufacturing and six sigma knowledge.
- Project management and administration.
- Basic knowledge of tooling design.
- Problem analysis.
- Proficient English.

General Objective
Manage both human and machinery resources efficiently to develop production processes, their control and improvements, complying with the KPI's of the plant.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturing process engineering team that are in PM.
- Standardize manufacturing processes.
- Receive information and provide support during transfer events.
- Providing support and solutions during root cause analysis.
- Provide support in implementing production improvements and waste elimination activities.
- Provide on-going support to the team in the implementation of projects (tooling supply, engineering samples, technical information).
- Generate budgets for the correct execution of each engineering project, as well as the control of expenses.
- Provide support in general activities required by the department.
