Team Member - IP, CE Data & Conv Core

Role Purpose

To drive automation, analytics, and intelligent reporting for the Transmission Network domain by leveraging data engineering, BI tools, and AI capabilities. The role will enable faster decision-making, improved network efficiency, and optimized Capex utilization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reporting & Automation

• Design, develop, and automate Transmission Network reports and dashboards (utilization, capacity, availability, SLA, fault trends)
• Build scalable reporting solutions using Power BI / Tableau
• Reduce manual intervention through end-to-end automation of reporting workflows

2. Data Engineering & Analytics

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for large datasets
• Perform advanced analytics using Python / R for trend analysis and forecasting
• Integrate multiple data sources (OSS, NMS, EMS, inventory systems) into unified reporting models

3. Telecom Network Insights

• Analyze key KPIs such as network utilization, outages, latency, and redundancy
• Provide actionable insights for AOP planning, capacity augmentation, and Capex optimization
• Support business and network teams with data-driven decision-making
• 4. AI & Intelligent Automation
• Apply Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts for automated reporting, anomaly detection, and root cause insights
• Build intelligent workflows to enhance operational efficiency and predictive analytics

5. Process & Stakeholder Management

• Manage tasks, sprints, and issue tracking using JIRA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Planning, IT, Business)

Ensure proper documentation, governance, and version control of solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in SQL (advanced querying and data handling)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and automation
• Basic knowledge of HTML for reporting/UI customization
• Domain Knowledge:
• Good understanding of Telecom Transmission Networks (OTN, DWDM, MPLS)
• Familiarity with Telecom KPIs and OSS/BSS systems
• AI Exposure:

Working knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases in analytics

Qualification - BE/B-TECH [POWER BI / SQL Certified]

Requirement - Residence at Navi Mumbai , 5 to 7 years of experience on core Telecom network domain
