Job responsibility

The role is responsible for retention, usage and revenue enhancement. Also plan actionable basis insights from market & data research.

 

  • Responsible for Churn control
  • Responsible for predictive churn analysis
  • Analyse usage trends to predict probable drop in usage
  • Responsible for devising and driving product strategy to gain market share
  • Gather market intelligence and give feedback to product team to improvise the products basis market needs
  • Responsible for capability building of U&R team and equip them with the necessary product information
  • Responsible for Database Management
  • Responsible for Campaign Design & Management
