About the Role:

The FP&A Sr. Analyst reports directly to the Director of FP&A and will be responsible for annual budgeting, monthly financial analysis and forecasting, and other ad hoc analysis as needed. This position is located in Warsaw, Poland.

No physical office presence will be expected on day-to-day basis – candidates from outside of Warsaw welcome to apply. Looking to find someone ASAP.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business-line leadership, operations, accounting human resources and IT to ensure consistent, timely, and pertinent financial reporting
  • Participate in the annual planning cycle for both revenue and expenses, including monthly forecasts
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed following requirements from business / leadership teams
  • Assist management team in making accurate and timely decisions with consistent insights - Update performance metrics slides, refresh monthly submission files, prepare and distribute excels with data variances analysis
  • Analyze monthly/ quarterly financial reports, providing insight regarding key drivers of variances
  • Prepare monthly cash position and requirements report and slides based on inputs from all finance teams
  • Present budget realization insights to senior management and business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years working in financial or analytical capacity
  • Advanced skill sets for Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
  • Knowledge of NetSuite a plus
  • Strong analytical acumen and able to clearly articulate results
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Confident in meeting with business leaders and voicing concerns
  • Able to self-manage time and deliverables, including tight deadlines
  • Ability to develop relevant KPI and set targets
  • Desire to improve efficiencies and processes while creating automation
  • Experience with SQL, NetSuite Software, and Salesforce is a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible hours in order to provide coverage for the US and EMEA is a plus
