Job will involve strong Cross-Functional Responsibilities

The Senior Deal & Financial Solution Operations Analyst works closely with:

  • Solution Architecture / Solution Design
  • Deal Desk / Commercial Operations
  • Sales / Account Support
  • Vendor & Procurement Interface
  • Legal / Contract Review
  • Finance / Billing
  • Service Delivery / Operations
  • Financial Business Operations

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in deal operations, sales operations, commercial operations, deal desk, solution operations, order management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex B2B technology, telecommunications, cybersecurity, managed services, or similar solutions preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between solution design, pricing, contracting, procurement, service delivery, and billing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret pricing, quotes, contracts, purchase documentation, and customer requirements.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and financial concepts, including margin, pricing, discounts, costs, and revenue.
  • Strong project and workflow management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments without direct authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in both manual and automated processes.
  • Experience with CRM, CPQ, SSPP, ERP, procurement, contract management, or billing systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.

Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.
