About the Role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Proposal & Compliance Analyst to join our Center of Excellence and support our global sales organization.

This role plays a key part in enabling revenue by managing RFPs, due-diligence requests, and visual proposal content. You will help build trust with enterprise customers by ensuring all responses are accurate, compliant, and clearly communicated both in content and presentation quality.

You will work closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Legal, and Security (GRC) teams to deliver high-quality, consistent, and compelling responses to customer requirements.

What You’ll Do

RFP & Proposal Management

  • Respond to RFP/RFX questions and coordinate and manage assigned responses from kickoff to submission
  • Interpret client requirements, ensure compliance, and coordinate SME contributions
  • Maintain high proposal quality, consistency, and professional formatting by using internal proposal tools (eg. Responsive) and following established proposal-writing standards (AP style, readability, tone, and consistency)
  • Maintain and contribute to the knowledge base, proposal repositories, and reusable response library
  • Prepare proposal and customer presentation materials, ensuring consistent messaging and polished visuals

Due Diligence & Security Questionnaires

  • Complete customer security and compliance questionnaires
  • Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to validate responses
  • Maintain and update the due-diligence knowledge repository
  • Track trends and recurring customer requirements

Visual & Presentation Content

  • Design and enhance proposal presentations and executive summaries
  • Create clear charts, diagrams, and infographics for customer submissions
  • Improve readability and visual quality of proposal documents


What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and proposal tools (e.g., Responsive)
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience with cybersecurity questionnaires or vendor risk assessments
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or GDPR
  • Experience in proposal management or sales enablement environments
  • Strong visual communication or presentation design skills

Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.
