The Role

The Treatment Coordinator is the bridge between our clinical team and patients, deciding on treatment. You'll present treatment plans with clarity and empathy, help patients understand their options (including finance), and convert consultations into accepted treatments — always with care and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting treatment plan consultations with patients post-clinical assessment

  • Presenting treatment options, fees, and finance plans clearly and ethically

  • Following up with patients to support their decision-making journey

  • Tracking conversion metrics and pipeline in CRM

  • Liaising with the clinical team to refine treatment plans

  • Supporting the Practice Manager on patient experience initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in patient-facing sales or treatment coordination (dental/medical strongly preferred)

  • Ability to discuss clinical treatments with confidence (training provided)

  • A sales-driven mindset paired with empathy, ethical conversion is non-negotiable

  • Comfortable with KPIs, targets, and conversion metrics

  • CRM and practice management software literacy

  • Strong English communication

  • Right to work in Ireland or the UK
