Senior Product Manager, Financial Institutions
About this role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience who has built and shipped AI-powered products from 0 to 1 at high-growth startups. You should be comfortable operating at speed in ambiguous environments with direct customer exposure, and have a track record of owning product lines end-to-end that drive ARR. Bonus points if you have a technical background (CS degree or engineering experience) or founder experience.
What you'll do:
- Own the full product roadmap for TRM's compliance and AML suite serving banks, fintechs, and financial services firms as the financial system migrates onto blockchain rails
- Build and ship AI-native products in days, not months — prototyping with AI agents, iterating with designers, and writing/shipping code alongside engineers
- Get in front of customers directly: run discovery calls, lead demos, manage design partner relationships, attend events, and translate field insights into roadmap decisions that unlock deals
- Drive product strategy across the full lifecycle — from pathfinding (surfacing unarticulated problems) through shaping, building, and closing
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, CS, marketing, and engineering while maintaining singular ownership of product outcomes
- Build AI agents into the product and into your own workflow as a matter of course, contributing reusable tools to the team's shared plugin library
