About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Partnerships Lead to build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, talent, and affiliates. This person will own partnerships from initial outreach through activation, while helping grow our brand ambassador program.

This is a relationship-driven, hands-on role that requires strong communication, organization, and a willingness to travel frequently for shoots, events, conventions, and partner activations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, talent, agencies, and management teams.

  • Identify and recruit new partners who align with our brand and target audiences.

  • Manage partnerships from outreach and negotiation through execution and reporting.

  • Coordinate creator shoots, livestreams, events, and other marketing activations.

  • Manage our affiliate program in-house, including recruitment, onboarding, communication, tracking, and partner support.

  • Work with internal marketing, creative, legal, and product teams to execute campaigns.

  • Track partnership and affiliate performance and recommend ways to improve results.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conventions, shoots, and partner meetings.

  • Travel frequently to support partnerships and activations.

Qualifications

  • 3 -5 Years of Experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, talent management, or business development.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Highly organized and comfortable managing several partnerships at once.

  • Able to negotiate terms and confidently communicate with talent, agents, and managers.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and solving problems independently.

  • Willing and able to travel frequently, including some nights and weekends.

  • Familiarity with gaming, sports, collectibles, or creator-led marketing is a plus.
