About this role
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to transform
complex data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, validating,
analysing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to identify trends,
improve operational performance, and deliver actionable recommendations. This
role requires strong analytical capabilities, expertise in data visualisation
and reporting, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop
data-driven solutions that support business objectives.
Your Role and
Responsibilities
- Gather, cleanse, validate, and
analyse data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Analyse large datasets to identify
trends, patterns, risks, and business opportunities.
- Develop interactive reports,
dashboards, and data visualisations using appropriate reporting tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to
understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality,
consistency, and integrity of organisational data.
- Design and maintain data models and
structures to support reporting and analytics.
- Automate recurring reports,
dashboards, and data processing activities to improve efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis to support
business planning, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present analytical
findings, reports, and recommendations to technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
- Support project planning, research,
analysis, and documentation activities across multiple initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement
of reporting processes, data governance, and analytical practices.
- Work
collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data
solutions.

- Demonstrated experience analysing
complex business situations to identify issues, opportunities, and
recommendations for improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and support informed
decision-making.
- Experience applying data modelling
and design techniques to develop and maintain structured, reliable datasets.
- Ability to establish, modify, and
maintain data structures that support reporting and business analysis.
- Experience producing high-quality
data outputs, reports, and analytical services using established processes and
standards.
- Proficiency in developing reports,
dashboards, and data visualisations that effectively communicate business
insights.
- Ability to select and apply
appropriate data visualisation techniques to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Experience collaborating with
business stakeholders to gather requirements and refine analytical solutions.
- Strong attention to detail with a
commitment to maintaining data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
- Excellent communication,
documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within project timelines.
