Site Administrator, Mobile Repair

Trinity Rail is hiring a Site Mobile Repair Administrator at our Vidor, TX location.

What you'll do:

·         Follow all safety rules and practices

·         Time keeping via UKG App and Railcar RX systems

·         Materials receiving and cycle count assistance

·         May be involved in safety committees or initiatives

·         Process invoicing, move invoices through the correct channels to be paid on time

·         Ensure all necessary invoicing and work order information is accurate and complete

·         Keep onsite car railcar inventory up to date via Excel spreadsheet

·         Keep up with system updates such as TAS/Railcar RX billing systems

·         Load Photos, forms and enter certificates in system as needed

·         Scan completed car files into Railcar RX

·         Basic office work, keeping car files audit ready and organized

·         Administrative support for Support Depts

·         Position would be 100%25 onsite – no hybrid or remote work

·         Perform other duties as assigned

·         Must have a valid driver’s license and clear driving record

What you'll need:

·         2-4 years of administration, data entry and organization

·         Developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on the job experience

·         Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience

·         Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data

·         Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions

·         Ability to multitask and organizational skills

·         Completes work with a limited degree of supervision

·         Familiar with EXCEL. Accounting and bookkeeping are preferred

·         Rail experience is a plus
