CPH is a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm that ranks in the nation’s Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine. We are seeking a Pursuits Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Orlando, Florida! This is an in-office position based in Orlando, FL.


As a member of CPH’s Strategy and Success department (Marketing & Communications group), the Business Development and Pursuits Coordinator supports both internal and external communications functions, proposal coordination, and business development efforts. The Coordinator supports strategic content development, custom responses, and business development initiatives to effectively promote CPH’s capabilities, culture, and services to internal and external audiences. Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills are essential to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with corporate branding and business development goals.



Duties Include

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business development outreach, proposals initiatives, and content creation for campaigns, presentations, and client-facing materials.
  • Produce high-quality proposals using Adobe InDesign - this includes tailored resumes, project profile sheets and working in conjunction with the Architectural and Business Development Lead to create custom responses that address the specific criteria of each pursuit
  • Conduct research on potential clients, projects, competitors, and market trends to support business development and pursuit strategies.
  • Manage multiple efforts and marketing initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure all communications and business development materials align with CPH’s standards
  • Review of RFP/RFQ documents and draft contracts in preparation of proposals
  • Track opportunities, maintain accurate pursuit data, and monitor the sales pipeline in Deltek VantagePoint (CRM)
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral (e.g., project profiles, staff resumes, brochures)
  • Monitor pursuit outcomes and assist in maintaining accurate pipeline data for reporting and forecasting purposes
  • Support the firm’s social media efforts to ensure a regular online presence
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visual and digital materials that support marketing and communication goals; create and edit basic graphics or layouts as needed (with guidance).




Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, business development, or a similar role (experience in the architecture/engineering/construction industry is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe InDesign and Acrobat) preferred.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience managing digital content and social media platforms, including use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure engagement and effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to exercise critical thinking, sound judgment, and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, client-focused deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
