About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our admin team and serve as our key operational point of contact in Indonesia. This role combines day-to-day administrative work with an evening availability requirement, making it a full-time commitment suited to someone flexible and reliable.

What you'll do

  • Admin Team Support - Work as part of the TRG’s admin team, collaborating on tasks and projects as needed, supporting the broader team's operations across the region.
  • Merchandising & Factory Coordination Liaise with local factories and suppliers in Indonesia to produce company merchandise, for events, holidays, and ad hoc requests. Responsible for ensuring quality standards and competitive pricing, managing timelines and delivery.
  • Office Management Jakarta - Lead the setup and opening of TRG's Jakarta office, coordinating logistics, vendors, and administrative requirements. Once operational, manage all day-to-day office administration including supplies, facilities, and local vendor relationships.
    Travel Coordination for Indonesia Sales Team - Book and manage all flights for the Indonesia-based sales team for travel within Asia, ensuring accuracy, cost-efficiency, and timely confirmations.
  • VIP Visit Arrangements - Organize and coordinate all logistics for senior leadership visits (CEO, CTO, and others) to Indonesia and Singapore — including accommodation, transport, schedules, and on-the-ground support.
  • Evening Technical Support (Remote, via Mobile) - Be available each evening between 22:00 – 02:00 local time (for the first 2 months) to provide basic technical support for an active TRG project in Indonesia. 
    • This involves tasks such as entering SMS/authentication codes, scanning web sessions, and other simple system inputs,  all manageable from a personal mobile phone. No technical background required; reliability and responsiveness during this window are essential.

About you

  • Experience in an administrative or coordinator role, etc..
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Comfortable working independently with remote team oversight
  • Familiarity with the Jakarta business environment preferred
  • Available and responsive during the 22:00 – 02:00 evening window (for the next 2 months) 
  • Flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented
