We are looking for an AI Validation Engineer who can redefine how quality is maintained in modern AI-powered systems.
This is not a traditional QA role. We are looking for someone who thinks beyond test cases and manual verification. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and customers to identify risks early, validate complex integrations, and help the team deliver with confidence.
Role Summary
Magna is seeking Engineering Manager (Y Leader) to steer development teams in delivering solutions that align with our business strategy. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about people development and organizational growth, as we aim to cultivate future-ready talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead High-Performing Teams: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing organization that delivers reliable, scalable, and business-impactful solutions aligned with company priorities.
- Drive Business & Technology Outcomes: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define priorities, align resources, and translate business needs into measurable results.
- Enable AI-Driven Transformation: Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven practices to improve productivity, solution quality, and operational efficiency.
- Foster Execution Excellence: Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and effective delivery across multiple initiatives while balancing strategic and operational objectives.
- Develop Organizational Capability: Hire, coach, and grow talent while building a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams within software engineering, data, analytics, quality assurance, or information technology organizations.
- Technical & Delivery Expertise: Strong understanding of software development, quality engineering, service delivery, and modern DevOps practices.
- Business & Data Acumen: Demonstrated ability to leverage data, metrics, and business insights to drive decision-making and measurable outcomes.
- Change & Transformation Leadership: Experience leading organizational change, process improvement, or technology transformation initiatives, preferably including AI or automation adoption.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
