What We Are Looking For!

  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP users across various departments, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
  • Handle first and second level support tickets related to SAP S4HANA logistics modules SD, MM (PP, WM, QM knowledge is an advantage).
  • Collaborate with key users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP S4HANA solutions.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation for enhancements and customizing changes.
  • Support data maintenance, system upgrades, and patch implementations.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external SAP Specialists to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and propose SAP process optimizations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
  • Utilize ABAP programming for custom reports, enhancements, and debugging and Fiori for UI development.

What You Will Bring!

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP logistics modules SD and MM, (PP and QM desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP to debug, SAP BTP, Fiori, OData services, SAPUI5, JavaScript and HTML
  • Proven experience with SAP support processes, including incident and change management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration with 3rd-party systems.
  • Experience in project coordination or management and project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
