Your Tasks:

  • Manage material procurement activities, ensuring timely availability of components in line with production requirements.
  • Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders, verifying delivery feasibility directly with suppliers.
  • Monitor material availability through proactive follow-up with suppliers and management of order confirmations.
  • Manage and maintain material planning parameters in ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with operational needs.
  • Analyze supply chain performance data, including inventory levels, forecast accuracy and material coverage, supporting improvement actions.
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance and support the management of material flows related to quality issues.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives related to Kanban implementation and material management processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in material planning, procurement or supply chain activities within a manufacturing environment. 
  • Good knowledge of material procurement and inventory management processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP MM/PP.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Good command of the English language and fluency in Italian.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • The annual gross salary range for this position is EUR 38.000–45.000. The final compensation package will be aligned with the candidate's qualifications and relevant professional experience.
