Your Tasks:

General Responsibilities:

Safety:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles. Participate in regular housekeeping activities to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste materials by transporting them to designated waste disposal sites.

Quality:

  • Ensure consistent and reliable production processes by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality
    control guidelines.
  • Report any quality issues or defects to the supervisor immediately.
  • Record (foresight, SAP, traveler ... etc) production activities (std. and actual hrs., production#, unit# etc.) accurately as
    per company’s requirements

Maintenance:

  • Perform routine and preventive upkeeps (including cleaning) and inspections of dept. equipment to ensure proper
    functionality.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or needed repairs to the Team Lead or supervisor immediately.
  • Ensure proper tools management (storage, maintenance, etc.). Maintain an accurate inventory of tools.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all physical and virtual aspects of receiving, shipping and material handling supporting various TCC warehouse and operation locations.
  • Loading and offloading on transport conveyances using various Powered Industrial Trucks and equipment.
  • Maintain certification to operate overhead crane, forklifts and scissor lift. Certified and experienced with operation of various Powered Industrial Trucks Adherence to departmental SOP’s and risk assessments.
  • Ensure inventory traceability, labeling, storage, staging, and issuance of materials and assets for various production processes are performed safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor vendor management, coordinate removal of scrap materials, waste bins, and hazardous waste.
  • Conduct and report on shipping, receiving and storage of dangerous goods.
  • Inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate interplant shipments of inventory for various production processes.
  • Deliver incoming and staging materials to proper storage locations or employees.
  • Manage Resin and Argon delivery for entire plant.
  • Perform Kanban, inventory counts and related SAP adjustments for inventory reconciliation.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or designate

Requirements:

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point and SharePoint)
  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP Logistics Module MM (Materials Management) and WM (warehouse management) related to purchase orders, material transfers, inventory, and reporting.
  • Attention to details with a safety and quality conscious approach while performing work duties.
  • Active listening with ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work in multiple environments in seasonal weather conditions; often outside.
  • Product and production process knowledge.
  • Working at heights and using elevating platforms is mandatory.
  • Excellent proficiency in English including demonstrated ability to follow verbal/written instructions and complete technical paperwork when needed.
  • Flexibility to work 3 shift rotation is a requirement of the position (mornings, afternoons, and overnights).
