JOB OVERVIEW
  • Perform Night Audit and End of Day procedures per SOP checklist when rostered on night shift.
  • Process routine no-show, cancellation, and pseudo-account entries.
  • Change room assignments within available inventory per SOP.
  • Offer minor guest service recovery gestures (e.g., small amenities) in line with the approved Compensation Guide.
  • Approve credit limit overrides or write off guest charges.
  • Make overbooking "bumping" decisions independently.
  • Approve refunds or compensation beyond GSA-level limits defined in the Compensation Guide.
  • Authorize rate changes outside published rate codes.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or above; hospitality/tourism-related education preferred.
  • Prior front office or customer service experience preferred.
  • PMS (Property Management System) experience an advantage.
  • Korean fluency required; conversational English preferred.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including overnight/night shift.
