Role: Travel Consultant
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
Languages: English, French, and Darija (both written and verbal)
Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, Reservation Agent, or in a similar role.
Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Key Responsibilities
Utilize GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) to manage bookings for flights, hotels, and other travel services.
Promote and sell long-haul destinations and luxury cruises to VIP clients.
Design and deliver customized travel itineraries that align with client preferences and budget.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination-specific details.
Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Proficiency in GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Fluency in English, French, and Darija (both written and verbal).
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests simultaneously.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
