Track Protection Officer - Hamilton (fixed full time up to 6 months)

As Track Protection Officers, you’ll:
Be working as part of a team to implement worksite protection plans and perform worksite protection activities across Engineering and Maintenance Branch. You’ll provide advice to relevant personnel to identify operational improvement opportunities for rail corridor safety.
Working as part of a team delivering the highest level of practical worksite protection available, these roles will see through the implementation of worksite protection plans across Hamilton regions. Additional travel required on case by case basis for other locations as needed.

About you
Your strong background in safety and implementing worksite protection plans across Hamilton territory will help you thrive amongst the range, pace and complexity of information and knowledge required to deliver quality services in these areas.
You’re recognised as an engaging and collaborative communicator, skilled at balancing contesting expectations and agendas of different stakeholders. You hold:
- Current TPO level 3 Certification in Track Protection:
- Unrestricted Driver’s License
- TfNSW Hand Signaller Level 1 (minimum)
- A willingness to obtain Safe Working qualifications
