In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering financial operations, system administration, compliance and audit, reconciliation services and process improvement initiatives.
In this you will support general ledger reconciliations, assist with compliance and audit requirements, manage customer enquiries and escalations, and contribute to the transformation of services through automation, efficiency improvements and enhanced business outcomes.
You will identify opportunities to streamline processes and build smarter ways of working in an evolving environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

About you
Your strong problem-solving, communication and customer service skills, developed across finance, accounting, shared services or operational support environments, will see you excel in delivering accurate financial and compliance outcomes, documenting processes, managing stakeholder requirements and driving service improvements.
You're recognised as a proactive and adaptable team player, skilled at translating business needs into practical solutions and experienced in reconciliation activities, process documentation and stakeholder engagement.
With intermediate Excel skills and a passion for learning, you'll be motivated to develop advanced analytical and automation capabilities while helping shape a more value-added and efficient function.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline (TAFE Certificate IV or above), or equivalent practical experience, are highly regarded.
