In this role, you'll:

 

 

  • Schedule and perform Bridges and tunnels asset data collection; prepare submissions for upload into corporate systems

 

  • Perform detailed checks for completeness, accuracy, and standards adherence; remediate defects and resubmit

 

  • Provide Bridges and tunnels-specific reporting and analysis; escalate issues to the Lead for timely resolution

 

  • Collaborate with asset managers and SMEs to gather reliable Bridges and tunnels information, support knowledge sharing

 

 

This is a 2-year fixed term position up until 30/06/2028 based at either one of the following locations: North Zone (Grafton, Newcastle or Parkes)

 

 

South Zone (Milsons Point, Wollongong and Wagga Wagga) may also be considered; however, this will be assessed as part of a holistic evaluation of team requirements.

About you

 

  • Highly developed knowledge of asset management systems and a proven capacity to oversee the development and the implementation of asset standards, utilisation and maintenance

 

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in field and desk-based asset data capture and asset information gathering techniques, with specialist knowledge in Bridges and Tunnels

 

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present research and data clearly and concisely to a range of key audience groups

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Asset Management, Engineering or Technical qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience

 

  • Hold a current and valid Australian motor vehicle driver licence

 

  • Willing to work outside normal hours and travel on occasion as required
