In this role, you'll:
Provide project coordination and administrative support to help Sydney Integration programs and projects run smoothly. You’ll work closely with team members, stakeholders, and leadership to make sure documentation, reporting, planning, and communication are accurate, timely, and fit-for-purpose.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Updating, preparing and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with project management methodologies.
- Delivering a range of administrative and secretarial services, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation and brief development.
- Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely project updates and support issue resolution.
- Contributing to the effectiveness of the Director and team by identifying priorities, escalating critical issues and supporting informed decision-making.
- Working collaboratively to improve work practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About you
You’re organised, detail-focused, and practical. You know how to keep information accurate and easy to understand, and you can manage multiple tasks without losing quality. You communicate clearly, work well with others, and help teams stay on top of reporting and documentation.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in project support and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to research, analyse and present information clearly.
- Proficiency in corporate systems, software, and technology.
- The ability to manage your time effectively and respond flexibly to shifting priorities.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant equivalent professional experience.
- A commitment to professional integrity, customer service and inclusive teamwork.
