About this role
You want to play a part in making NSW a better place to work, live and travel.
Work in an organisation based on purpose, structure and process. You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.
In this role, you'll:
Play a key role in delivering accurate, clear, and actionable project and program performance reporting for the Sydney Integration (SI) branch. You’ll help ensure decision-makers have reliable insights on schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and benefits, supporting confident, evidence-based decisions. Working closely with delivery teams and subject matter experts, you’ll contribute to improving reporting processes, tools, and capability across the portfolio.
You’ll collect and analyse performance data, highlight trends and risks, and prepare dashboards and executive reports that tell the story of progress across multiple projects. Your work will help the branch understand where issues may arise, inform governance discussions, and support continuous improvement in reporting practices.
Key responsibilities
• Collect, analyse and validate performance data including schedules, financials, risks, issues and benefits.
• Prepare dashboards, monthly performance packs and tailored insights for executives and governance forums.
• Identify performance trends, risks and variances, escalating issues with recommendations as needed.
• Support compliance with divisional and enterprise reporting frameworks, templates and reporting cycles.
• Partner with project managers and SI teams to uplift reporting capability and ensure consistency in data quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across reporting processes, tools and systems.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support executive and governance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and data accuracy.
