Principal Transport Planner
About this role
You want to play a part in making NSW a better place to work, live and travel.
Here's your chance to design and deliver efficient, customer-focused services that also enhance accessibility, sustainability and overall quality of living for more people than you've imagined.
In this role, you'll:
Develop and deliver the plans, evidence and programs that make walking, cycling and e-micromobility a core part of an integrated transport network across NSW.
You will play a key role in a newly formed team, helping define what our walking and cycling networks need to achieve and what success looks like.
You'll make sure active transport is embedded within the broader transport network, supports end-to-end journeys, connects with other modes, and delivers on community and government priorities.
You'll contribute to integrated network planning and stakeholder alignment in a complex environment, applying network modelling, data analysis and strategic planning to deliver an integrated network that achieves on agreed network outcomes for walking and cycling.
