Could you be the full-time Maintenance Operator in Bucharest, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical maintenance expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside skilled and collaborative teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring the availability and performance of Alstom products at our customer sites. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (operations, quality, supply chain, warranty support teams, subcontractors), and ensure compliance with safety and security standards, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting during activities, but also contribute to fleet checks and technical investigations.
We’ll look to you for:
Carrying out troubleshooting and repairs activities. Performing fleet checks, ensuring compliance with Alstom and customer EHS and security rules.
All about you

- Degree or certification in a technical field (mechanical or electrical/electronic)
- Over 2 years of technical experience in maintenance.
- Field experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of EHS standards and processes.
- Familiarity with Alstom products or similar systems.
- English language entry to medium level (mandatory).
- Experience with railway safety and engineering knowledge (desirable).
- Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
