Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager
About this role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 3-8 years of B2B product experience who has shipped data-heavy, workflow-driven products with measurable customer adoption. You should be comfortable sitting directly with healthcare finance executives for deep discovery sessions and rapidly prototyping solutions, with a track record of taking ambiguous problems from zero to one. Bonus points if you have healthcare finance, revenue cycle, or provider operations experience.
What you'll do:
Own one or more products inside a core vertical (e.g. Revenue Intelligence, Physician Enterprise, Pharmacy) end-to-end — from problem definition through shipped software, onboarding, and measured usage
Partner closely with healthcare finance customers to run discovery sessions, define what's most important to build, and drive adoption across multiple user personas
Write specs engineers can build from without a meeting, and prototype concepts yourself using AI tooling and vibe-coding before asking anyone else to build it
Own the numbers for your product: activation, weekly usage by persona, opportunities acted on, and dollars recovered or protected
Define what your product's agents do autonomously versus with a human in the loop, and set evaluation criteria with AI Engineering
Work directly with the vertical's Product Lead, AI Engineering, Design, and delivery team — with no layer between you and the customer using what you built
Run clean intake and triage against defined SLAs, ensuring customer-reported issues and new requests are properly prioritized
