As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—welcoming arrivals, assisting with requests, providing information, and helping create a comfortable and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and passionate about hospitality.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Welcome guests upon arrival and complete check-in while ensuring guest information is accurate
• Answer guest questions and provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation needs, and other requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Support additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, or resort experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism
• Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish, is a plus
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems preferred

SCHEDULE
Hospitality requires a flexible schedule. Team members may be required to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs and seasonal demands.
