Job Title: Project Manager - SharePoint Migration(TESA)
Location: Stuttgart, Germany


Job Responsibilities

Trace Systems is looking for a Project Manager for a SharePoint Online migration in Germany. This position is 6 months long, with a possibility of follow-on work or extension. This project has an aggressive timeline and success will require top performers in every position. 

Job Responsibilities to include:

  • Lead and manage a team of SharePoint Administrators, Developers, and IT specialists in support of a complex SharePoint Online migration.
  • Develop the overall project plan, including scope, timeline, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate closely with customers, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment with mission objectives and contract requirements.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure all migration tasks (planning, assessment, execution, validation, troubleshooting, and post‑migration support) are completed successfully.
  • Provide clear communication, status updates, and documentation to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security protocols are maintained in accordance with US Government standards.
  • Oversee testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure migrated systems meet functional and operational requirements.
  • Enable collaboration and problem resolution within the team, ensuring issues are addressed quickly to maintain project momentum.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance. 
  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required
  • Required certifications include: IAT Level II; for example Security+ or higher
  • Must have three or more of:
    • Cloud Migration Experience
    • SharePoint Migration Experience
    • IT Project Management
    • Customer Coordination and Communications
    • Web testing and validation Experience

Desired Qualification

  • PMP

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of recent experience, OR An associate’s degree plus 7 total years of recent specialized experience, OR eleven (11) total years of recent specialized experience.
