Job Summary

The EEG Technician:

 

• Performs medical testing procedures including routine electroencephalograms, ambulatory EEGs, and long term epilepsy monitoring.
• Records valid and interpretable data arising from the brain.

Education Requirements

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• Patient Care Experience Preferred

Certification and Licensure

• BLS Certification
• Successful Competition of ASET 202 Course.
