Valet Parking Attendant

We’re currently seeking a Part Time Valet who is energetic, guest-focused, and ready to deliver top-tier service in a boutique hotel environment. If you're friendly, detail-oriented, and love helping people feel at home—you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

What You'll Do:

• Follow established hotel safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Promptly greeting guests with a welcoming message
• Opening vehicle doors for guests and aiding in the removal of luggage and personal belongings
• Driving vehicles to designated areas and safely parking them
• Recording parking spots and placing guests’ keys in a safe location
• Retrieving vehicles when guests are ready to leave
• Follow established time tracking procedures with all guests and charge for valet parking based on established hotel and restaurant policy
• Directing traffic in the valet area and sometimes in parking lots
• Giving directions to guests as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Preferably 1-2 years experience in Hospitality/ Valet
• Service Skills: Excellent customer service, and ability to maintain composure, think clearly, and perform well under pressure working in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis.
• Stamina: Able to stand, walk, run, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
• Communication: Able to follow verbal/written instructions; additional language abilities are a plus to communicate with our international guests.
• Team Player: Works well in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
  
• Job Requirements: Ability to provide a valid driver's license, drive manual transmission vehicles, and pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
  
• Availability: Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
