About this role
We're expanding our NetSuite team in Pakistan and looking for a hands-on Systems Analyst who knows NetSuite extremely well and loves solving business problems through smart system configuration.
You don't need to be a developer but you should be technically sharp enough to understand integrations, APIs, SuiteScript, and custom development at a functional level, working hand-in-hand with our NetSuite developers. We want someone who can take a business request, figure out the best way to solve it in NetSuite, build it when possible, and write clear requirements for a developer when it isn't.
Key Responsibilities
You don't need to be a developer but you should be technically sharp enough to understand integrations, APIs, SuiteScript, and custom development at a functional level, working hand-in-hand with our NetSuite developers. We want someone who can take a business request, figure out the best way to solve it in NetSuite, build it when possible, and write clear requirements for a developer when it isn't.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom fields, forms, records, roles/permissions, and SuiteFlow workflows
- Build advanced Saved Searches (including complex formulas), dashboards, KPIs, and role-specific reporting
- Gather business requirements and determine whether they're solved with native config vs. custom development
- Write clear specs for developers and work directly with them on SuiteScript, integrations, and APIs
- Run sandbox testing, troubleshoot issues, create test cases, and support UAT and release testing
- Manage CSV imports, mass updates, and data quality across the system
What you bring:
- 3+ years of strong hands-on NetSuite experience
- Advanced Saved Searches and formula experience
- Strong SuiteFlow / workflow experience
- Experience with custom fields, forms, records, roles, and permissions
- Strong NetSuite dashboard and reporting experience
- Sandbox testing and troubleshooting experience
- Understanding of NetSuite integrations and APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into system requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating with both developers and business users
What sets this role apart:
We want someone naturally curious about systems, someone who, when handed a request, instinctively asks: Can NetSuite already do this? Can I configure it myself? Is this a workflow or Saved Search fix, or does it need real development? You'll work closely with our NetSuite team in Pakistan, developers, and business leadership to continuously make NetSuite work harder for the organization.
