About this role
We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator / Operations Analyst to join our growing NetSuite team. This role sits between NetSuite and business operations. We are looking for someone who knows NetSuite extremely well but also understands how to translate real operational needs into dashboards, Saved Searches, workflows, reporting and system improvements.
You will work closely with our existing NetSuite team in Pakistan, developers and business leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Order Management, Finance, Sales and Customer Experience. This is not a developer position. We are looking for a NetSuite expert who understands the platform, can build solutions using native NetSuite functionality, and can work with developers when custom development is required.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Build role-specific dashboards, Saved Searches, KPIs, and reporting for Operations, Warehousing, Order Management, Supply Chain, and Sales
- Administer NetSuite including, custom fields, forms, records, roles/permissions, SuiteFlow workflows, CSV imports and mass updates
- Dig into how each department actually uses NetSuite and find opportunities to automate or eliminate manual spreadsheets
- Support order, inventory, and fulfillment processes including, sales orders, purchasing, transfers, returns, e-commerce order flows, and more
- Train users, troubleshoot issues, and document SOPs
- Bridge business requirements and developers — know when something needs native config vs. custom code, and test before deployment
What you bring:
- Strong hands-on NetSuite platform knowledge
- Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and Saved Searches
- Experience with custom fields, forms, and records
- SuiteFlow / workflow experience
- Solid grasp of NetSuite order and inventory processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Ability to translate business processes into NetSuite solutions
- Comfort working directly with business users, management, and technical teams
