Station Attendant

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Station Attendant to support daily terminal and vehicle operations. This position is responsible for assisting passengers, maintaining a clean and safe terminal environment, and ensuring motor coach vehicles are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stocked. Some locations may also require basic ticket sales and phone assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Luggage Handling

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers.
• Assist passengers with luggage as needed, including loading and unloading into the cargo bay.
• Properly register, record, and tag luggage for identification upon arrival.

Terminal & Facility Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of terminal interior and exterior (sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, trash removal).
• Keep parking lots free of debris.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock paper products and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of driver dorms (in applicable locations).
• Keep customer coffee/water station stocked and clean.

Vehicle Cleaning & Sanitation

• Clean interior of motor coaches and company vehicles (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming).
• Wash exteriors of vehicles.
• Sanitize coach restrooms and properly dispose of wastewater.
• Stock restrooms with necessary supplies (tissue, sanitizer, trash bags).
• Maintain wash bay cleanliness and organize cleaning materials.

Additional Duties

• Some locations may require selling tickets and assisting with phone calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years of job-related experience (Preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Physical Requirements

• Heavy Labor: Ability to lift
  • 60–100 lbs. occasionally
  • 25–60 lbs. frequently
  • 10–20 lbs. continuously
