Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed

Job OverviewWe're looking for a Flow-Wrapper Packaging Operator with hands-on experience operating Ilapak horizontal flow-wrapper packaging machines (or similar models). In this role, you'll keep production lines moving and ensure our baked goods are packaged consistently, efficiently, and shelf-ready. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and experienced in food packaging, this is a great opportunity to join our growing team.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor horizontal flow-wrapper packaging machine(s).
- Set up machine for different product runs, including film roll changes and adjustments.
- Package finished baked goods accurately, maintaining speed and quality standards.
- Inspect product appearance to ensure packaging meets quality requirements.
- Perform daily cleaning, sanitation, and basic preventative maintenance.
- Assist with machine disassembly/reassembly for deep cleaning and troubleshooting.
- Identify and report equipment issues promptly to supervisors/maintenance.
- Follow all Food Safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Support production team with additional tasks as needed.
- Remain flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- 6+ months of experience operating Ilapak (or similar horizontal flow-wrapper) machines required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Prior food production or food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to stay organized and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Full-time position with consistent hours.
