At TOMRA, our Customer Experience Ambassadors (aka Loopers!) are the friendly faces behind the Containers for Change Scheme. Every day, our Loopers help customers recycle, reduce waste, and contribute to a cleaner future for our communities.

Whether you're greeting customers with a smile, helping someone use our machines, or keeping the centre looking its best, you'll play an important role in creating an experience that keeps customers coming back again and again.

What a day in the life of a Looper looks like:

  • Welcoming customers and answering their questions
  • Helping people recycle and supporting the Containers for Change Scheme
  • Creating positive experiences through exceptional customer service
  • Keeping the recycling centre clean, safe, and presentable
  • Carrying out basic cleaning and maintenance of our reverse vending machines
  • Spotting and reporting safety hazards to keep everyone safe
  • Pitching in wherever needed to support the team
