At TOMRA, we're transforming the circular economy and helping create a world without waste. We're looking for a Business Analytics & Performance Partner to join our NSW team and play a key role in turning data into action.

If you love analysing performance, solving business challenges, influencing stakeholders, and helping leaders make smarter decisions, this could be your next career move.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Business Analytics & Performance Partner, you'll work closely with the General Manager NSW and broader teams to provide meaningful business insights that drive operational excellence across the NSW network.

  • Analyse business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop reports and dashboards that support strategic decision making
  • Track network performance across operations, sales, safety, productivity and financial metrics
  • Support business modelling, CAPEX analysis and investment decisions
  • Manage and report on key business initiatives and improvement projects
  • Facilitate workshops and document outcomes and actions
  • Partner with leaders to improve visibility, accountability and performance
  • Support safety reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help drive smarter ways of working across the NSW business.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded and passionate about turning numbers into meaningful business outcomes.

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • 3+ years' experience in business analysis, operations reporting, commercial analysis or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with business reporting and performance data
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Confidence presenting insights to leaders and supporting decision making
  • Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience working across multiple systems and data sources.
